Patrick personally performs all consulting engagements.
In typical projects, he works with a client team in which a mixture of client expertise is represented. Ideally, the formal project manager is a client executive. He works closely with this executive to plan the project, to support work sessions and to develop the recommendations. The client executive is then well placed to take responsibility for implementation. At least one member of the team has a strong analytical background and has access to the financials and the key databases of the client organization.
This set-up allows Patrick to focus his time and effort on areas where he can really add value.
If the client lacks the required resources or when the engagement is large and complex, Patrick can draw on his network to bring in additional project resources.
